Villa Prestige: A Luxury Villa for Rent in Gustavia

Villa Prestige, also known as PRE, is a luxurious 3-bedroom villa conveniently located in Gustavia. With sunset views, shops and restaurants and Shell beach all within walking distance, guests can enjoy the coming and going of the yachts as well as nightly sunsets and St. Maarten on the horizon.

The enormous air-conditioned living room area is an ideal spot to gather and relax. It features a separate dining area and a modern kitchen with a breakfast bar. Enjoy ample seating on two large, sectional sofas around the entertainment center with French Satellite TV.

The heart of the villa is the generous outdoor space with the large infinity pool. The terrace offers plenty of privacy, allowing guests to lounge all day in the sun, cooled by the natural breeze.

The three bedrooms all come with ensuite bathrooms with shower, as well as TV with French satellite and a DVD player. One bedroom features two twin beds that can be pushed together to make a European king sized bed, while the other two rooms have a European king bed.

Villa PRE comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
